Driving Around Cops

Isn't it funny how we drive on the highway a certain speed, but when we see a cop on the side of the road, everyone throws on their brakes?  I know that it's the law to slow down and move over, but one reason we slow down is because everyone is driving faster than the speed limit, even if it's just 5 mph over.  I like driving in that type of traffic, especially in Dallas, where you just feel like you're a part of the flow.  But, have you ever noticed the speed everyone is driving when there is a cop driving along with you on the same highway?  If the cop is going 60 mph in a 60 mph speed zone, then everyone else drives exactly 60 mph, scared to pass the cop.  I hate when I get in that traffic, because you'll never arrive at your destination at your original expected time.  I wish I were the cop, because I would like to see how fast drivers drive past me if I were going 60 in an unmarked car, only for all of them to drop to 60 when I'm in my marked car.
